For group reservations where individual  families are responsible for their own accounts the reservations office must be provided with name, contact number  and e-mail address of the various individuals responsible for the payments.  ï‚· All peak holiday periods and long weekends are governed by a policy whereby management implements a minimum  number of nights required for bookings. If you are unsure whether your stay falls into one of these periods, please ask  us for clarity.  ï‚· Stored vans, safari tents, glamping tents and self-catering units are charged for a minimum stay of 2 nights.  ï‚· Rates are quoted per 24 hour period. Site Allocations:

ï‚· Group bookings over peak holiday periods will be required to share sites, with a maximum of 8 guests per site.  ï‚· While every attempt is made to allocate sites as per guest’s preferences, we reserve the right to reallocate sites in  order to accommodate reservations with conflicting dates or groups. Site numbers (with the exception of private  ablution sites) given by the reservations office are not guaranteed.  ï‚· We reserve the right to change your booked site as per our operational requirements.   ï‚· We are in the process of upgrading the Glamping Tents and making them permanent tents on certain sites. This might  result in caravan/camping sites needing to be reallocated to accommodate the permanent tent or for other logistical  reasons associated with the establishment of permanent tents.  ï‚· Out of courtesy we endeavour to contact guests with definite site preferences prior to reallocating sites.

Arrival and Departure Times:
