Quality has a price

Our aim is to give you value for money. We add value in doing the basics right. Clean, tidy and well maintained. We also don't hide costs and ask guests pay for the basics:

  • All self-catering units are serviced daily at no extra charge.

  • Kids rate applies to kids up to 18 years and inludes full time students.

  • Pony rides and tree climb are only for our guests so only a nominal fee is charged.

  • Kids need space - we have plenty.

  • There is no wifi in the camp - so you will find a better connection.

  • Barefoot strolls around the camp are encouraged.

  • Share your apple with a friendly farm animal.

  • Perfect spots to braai - no one shares a beer around a microwave!

"Guest Stories"

Gary Clarke

"We camped in our caravan for 3 weeks. What a magnificent, well managed family-owned park steeped in history and good old fashioned traditional hospitality and service! This is a rare gem and one of the best managed parks we have every visited. The owners are hands on and caring and it was such a pleasure interacting with them and their incredible team. It is well worth visiting and trying out their range of accommodation options, not only camping. Old family run resorts are scarce these days and, sadly, so too is the loss of traditional values and personalised guest service. Mountain Splendour Eco-Resort gets it and is a great place to camp while still working remotely."
